Receive and send your package where and when you want

All our packages are sent with DPD. You can easily have your package delivered to your home or to one of the many DPD Pickup parcel shops. This way you can pick up or return the package yourself when and where it suits you best.

When we send the parcel and register it with DPD, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can track the status of your parcel. After that, DPD will inform you by SMS/mail about the day of delivery of your parcel. Does that day not come out? No problem, you can change your delivery (eg to a pickup parcel shop in the neighborhood, at the neighbors'...) or postpone it. On the day itself, you will be informed by email or SMS about the 1 hour period in which your parcel will arrive. If you have selected a pickup parcel shop, you will receive an email/SMS when your parcel has arrived at the pickup point.

Are you not at home when the DPD driver comes by? Your parcel will be taken to a pickup parcel shop and you will be notified when you can pick it up there.

Delivery time for an order is up to 7 working days. Items may have a longer delivery time if they are overstocked. Items you order are out of stock. If this happens, you will receive a message via email as soon as possible. If your package is not delivered within 14 days, we recommend that you contact us so we can check what went wrong.
