Please report your return by email: info@fashion-flow.de and clearly state which items you are returning and why you want to return them.

If you would like a product in a different size or color, please state the reason for the return and what size or color you would like in place.

After receiving and accepting your return request, we will confirm that the product can be returned. Please do not return any products without confirmation, these products will be rejected.

Return of the Terms and Conditions:

• Within the trial period of 14 days from the day after receipt of the items
• The items must not be worn or used, the price tag is still attached to the clothing.
• The items are packed in the original packaging
• The items have been packaged in the original packaging
• Accessories, gloves, scarves, hats, etc. cannot be returned.
• Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Tip! Keep your proof of postage until we have processed your return.

Once we receive your package, the new product will be sent or the return will be processed. This is always done by bank transfer (even in case of return in store).
